The relocation consultant will discuss your move with you, answer your questions as well as explain to you the prices for the flat and hourly rate. A deposit will be required in order for your moving slot to be reserved.
The day of the move you should expect two (or three) movers and a truck with all the necessary equipment required to complete the job. Inventory will be taken by the driver and have you sign all necessary paperwork.
The movers will load the truck and pad your belongings for protection.
The driver will follow you or meet you at your new home or storage facility.
Usually, the driver will calculate the final bill and take payment by credit card, cash, or money order.
